Inspire & Achieve was born during the pandemic when the world hit pause, giving us all a chance to reflect. As a Consultant for women in Kent & London. I wanted to create a space for women to Unlock Their Happiness.

 

During the pandemic, I took time to review, reflect & reset my goals, my visions and my purpose. Coming from a corporate background and climbing up to Managing Director, I know firsthand the challenges of being career-focused, hardworking, and always striving to succeed.

However I then became a mother and after maternity leave. Returning to work after maternity leave brought its own set of challenges – identity loss, balance struggles, and confidence issues. The pressure to look good, feel good, and stay confident can be overwhelming.

 

But here's the thing: It's tough, no doubt about it. However, I'm here to tell you that you can overcome it. You don't need massive overhauls or huge time commitments. Instead, it's about making small, time-sensitive changes that ensure continuous progress. These changes help you rediscover your identity and boost your self-worth, making you better at everything you do and helping you achieve your goals – one step at a time.

This is what the Review, Reflect & Reset Consultations will do creating one to one, bi-weekly calls creating consistency, progress, accountability and guidance tailored to your goals, visions and purpose whilst having multiple identities and roles on this journey called life.
